As of March 23, 2007, IOS is under new management. Bruce Furr has resigned as Chairman of the Board, Chris Balsiger has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Bill Babler has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. These individuals are no longer serving as management of IOS LLC. The new Chief Executive Officer is Greg Rayburn, and the new Chief Financial Officer is Sean Gumbs, of FTI Palladium Partners in New York.

Under Mr. Rayburn's leadership, IOS has negotiated an agreement with the federal government to dismiss all pending charges against the corporate entity IOS LLC. In return for this dismissal of the corporation, the IOS board has agreed to offer the government complete and unfettered access to any coupon-related documents held by IOS LLC or by its outside counsel along with access to its management and employees.

The new management of IOS LLC is pleased to be in a position to focus on its customers and its employees and to continue providing world class outsourcing services.
