ISO 9001
The gold standard in global quality assurance. Our certification gives you the assurance of independent third-party auditing of our QMS. Intake screening of all jobs provides a confirmation of your requirements, scope of work and our ability to produce accordingly.

SAS 70 Level I and II
SAS 70 is a series of standards for CPAs to audit and assess financial controls. IOS certifications at Level I and II include independent third-party document review audits as well as in-plant process verification. Because SAS 70 audits are universally standardized, IOS customers can minimize the expense of performing their own audits.

Six Sigma
IOS applies the Six Sigma principles and statistical techniques practiced by leading companies, such as GE, Motorola, NASA, Toyota and others to track and improve quality. Six Sigma is a high-performance, data-driven approach to analyzing the root causes of business problems and creating solutions. Homeland Security Certifications

BASC
The Business Anti-Smuggling Coalition is a business-led alliance, supported by the U.S. Customs Service, created to combat narcotic smuggling via commercial trade. It examines the entire process of manufacturing and shipping merchandise from foreign countries to the United States to help create a more security-conscious environment at foreign manufacturing plants and to reduce or eliminate product vulnerability to narcotics smuggling.

C-TPAT
The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism is a joint government-business initiative to build cooperative relationships that strengthen overall supply chain and border security.

CIP
The Carrier Initiative Program, established in 1984, is a joint effort among air, sea, land and rail carriers and the U.S. Customs Service to address the problem of drug smuggling and terrorism in the United States onboard commercial conveyances.

US Department of Defense (DoD) Certifications
IOS has received appropriate DoD quality certifications pursuant to specific manufacturing assignments for premier defense industry contractors, including specialty electronics and subassemblies.
