Announcing an expansion of the engineering and design department, IOS ramped up tech capabilities with a new 96" CAD table. Allowing direct conversion from file to the production of an article/product, it promotes accuracy and speed-to-market. Engineering firms can receive these files in minutes — this process used to take a day or longer.
Data Services Division adds new plant
Providing customers with protective redundancy and expanded capabilities, this plant is expected to be in operation in 60 days. Enhancing existing redundancy between plants, Data Services customers will benefit in many ways. Health forms like EOBs and dental forms processing are in high demand and this addition enhances capacity for serving customers.

To meet customer Just-in-Time and logistics needs, IOS has expanded operations in Chihuahua city, serving cities farther south of the border.

Distribution center expansion includes 450 trailers
To further facilitate kanban character of SCM that is evolving in this market, IOS has expanded its distribution center to accommodate an increased fleet of 450 trailers. The Japanese term kanban means “signal” in terms of a signal for the efficient cycle of production and materials and is usually designated by the use of a card.
